a surprisingly great experience

I am thankful for the excellent tram connection. reaching the city center was so easy. the staff helped arrange a taxi to the airport. I am really grateful for their help with transportation. i appreciated the free parking near the entrance. it was a short walk to the tram stop, made getting around convenient.

the big garden has a poolside with beach chairs. a splash park exists. there is a gym with equipment for basic workouts and staying in shape on the road, i was grateful to see this.

the reception staff was very nice. housekeeping kept the hotel clean. i was able to store my cases for later collection, i appreciate this a lot. check-in and check-out were both easy.

i appreciated the comfortable beds. i have stayed in many hotels and this hotel provided one of the better nights of sleep. the room was cleaned daily. it suited me because the hotel was close to canon italia spa where i had training.
i found the address misleading because it's about a mile and a half from the airport. i expected to find the hotel at linate airport. i had to get a taxi since the shuttle bus service was not immediately available.

The staff helped with directions to town using tram 27, which stops close to the hotel. check-in and check-out were fast procedures, so i didn't waste any time. the room offered comfort and i asked for an upper floor for more quiet. I appreciated that request being met.
the food didn't quite match the price, so i think there's room for improvement in that aspect! sun chairs on the grass attracted mosquitoes, so i couldn't fully relax outdoors. the music selection felt a bit off.
